Everything was as expected.

room is quite spacious and clean, there are windows on 2 walls location is also good, near nihhonbashi and ningyocho, which have lots of food choice, btw, most of restaurants and shops close in year end

We stayed in the tripel bed room # 1005, it's very comfortable for 3 person. The beds are comfortable with very clean linen. The washroom supplies are topclass, ampel bottled drinking water is also provided the room has a nespro coffee machine. Large closets with sufficient baggage storage in the room. A steam iron with ironing board is also available on request. Rooms are cleaned with fresh linen and towels,night suits everyday. Very prompt assistance is available at the front office and bell desk for any queries. Taxis are always available at the front gate of the hotel. The best part is that this hotel is directly attached to a subway( metro) purpel line ! Just take the escalator to the basement level and walk to the platform, that simple!!! The breakfast was good, although lacked any vegetarian or vegan options. There is the airport limousine bus station right next to the hotel it's very convenient for traveling to Handea and Narita airport, can save a lot of money buy using the bus to airport. Many 7/11 and family marts & supermarket right next to the hotel also a very clean coin laundromat 5 minutes walking distance.many bars and good restaurants (sushi, indian,ramen etc) in and around the hotel.

definite entrance hall. as per picture. location was also good sitting above the Suitengumae station. the Airport transfer bus is also literally next door.
