Royal Park Hotel

Great location with train station below hotel and Tokyo City Air terminal next door. Used them to get to and from airport. To our surprise, the hotel bell captain even pushed our 16 luggages on his cart to the terminal. Then he showed us how to contact the hotel if we needed help with our luggages when we first arrive. Awesome! Enjoyed the free L’occitane toiletries provided by hotel. Terrific!! Nearby conbinis made the family very happy. Very good breakfast buffet. Very classy looking lobby.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Metro station just below the hotel so relatively easy to get around Tokyo. There is also a bus terminal in the next building which has airport buses direct to/from both Haneda/Narita which made the first and last days in Japan very easy to navigate. Good breakfast options.

room is quite spacious and clean, there are windows on 2 walls location is also good, near nihhonbashi and ningyocho, which have lots of food choice, btw, most of restaurants and shops close in year end

From arrival all the staff are friendly, professional and respectful. The property is so convenient to access public transportation by the subway or airport bus. It’s also a nice neighborhood to walk around. Our room was comfortable but small for the three of us (2 adults and 1 baby) but we knew ahead of time it would be small. Despite its size, it was comfortable and we enjoyed our room time. Access to the light was great and we enjoyed breakfast everyday and my husband enjoyed his evenings there as well (children are not allowed after 5pm). I loved the baby room and microwave on tge 1st floor for ease of cleaning and making bottles for our baby. The gym is also very nice! Room service food was also very delicious. All in all, we’d highly recommend this property!
